How do I make a reservation with Jerny Destinations?
There are many ways to make a booking with us. Booking directly on our website gives you the benefit of direct communication, reduction in channel fees, and occasional promotions. You could also book through Airbnb, VRBO, or Google Travel!
What amenities can I expect?
Our vacation rentals are thoughtfully equipped to make your stay comfortable and stress free. Although amenities can change from one location to another, general amenities will include high speed internet, kitchen basics, comfortable beds and linens, and some location specifics from beach gear to space heaters to fire wood.
Can I bring my pet with me on my trip?
Short answer, It depends. Where we can allow pets, we do! Please reach out if you plan to travel with your little buddy.
Do you provide contactless check-in?
Yes! On the day of your booking you will receive a code to access the appropriate space. No need to worry about missing keys!
What is Jerny Destinations’ cancellation policy?
Generally, our cancellation policy is 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refund refund up to 7 days before arrival. If you have questions or concerns about your particular stay, please feel free to reach out.
Is early check in or late check out available?
It never hurts to ask! We try to be as accommodating as we can with all of our guests. If early check in or late check out is available that will be agreed upon in advance. There may be a small charge associated with early check in or late check out.
Can your cleaning fee be discounted or lowered?
No. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our cleaners are paid a fair wage for the wonderful work they do.
